The breakfast staff was rude, accusing us of not paying because of their mix-up. It felt so awkward! the mattress was way too soft, making sleep impossible.

my family and i truly enjoyed being there. the rooms were updated, new-fashioned, and had a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control.

The bathroom was very dark.

Marvellous, convenient location in the great area. Walking distance to shopping centres and chemist's across the street. Great-sized room with a comfy bed, drinks, as example as expected. With an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware...

The room was a haven of comfort, featuring a comfy bed that allowed me to rest well, along with a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying morning coffee and views.

I did notice a slight inconvenience with the Wi-Fi speed, which occasionally lagged during peak hours. It didn’t detract much from my experience, but it was a minor hiccup during my otherwise enjoyable stay.

The rooms with comfortable beds. Modern design. Easy check in and late check out. Everything fantastic. Nice building, convenient and excellent location short walk to the restaurant next door, and supermarket. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Harmony Espresso bar nearby...

everything was excellent, had a great stay of really good friendly service. the location was favourable, not too far from sandfield reserve. there were shopping malls and a drugstore around the hotel.

I chose the Sands specifically for its proximity to the temple, and I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. I enjoyed a good meal at the onsite restaurant, where I could unwind over a cold drink while watching the game.

Just one minor detail: I didn't use the gym, though it appeared well-equipped from the outside.

The nearby parks offered lovely spots for outdoor bonding, and the modern amenities made our stay comfortable. an unfortunate encounter with an unprofessional staff member marred the experience, highlighting concerns with customer service. Despite this, I appreciate the overall cleanliness and convenient location.

I loved how easy it was to find this place! The parking was super convenient, and it's close to shops like Coles and a pharmacy. The room was very modern and clean, which made the stay feel comfy. But seriously, the air conditioning situation is a total bummer. It’s centrally controlled, which meant my room felt like a sauna at night, especially during summer. I wish there were more breakfast options; it was good but definitely could have been better. a mix of great and frustrating!
